Dr. Edward "Ned" Murray is the Associate Director of Florida International University's Metropolitan Center in Miami. Dr. Murray is one of the foremost authorities on South Florida's housing and economic matters.

Elijah John Bowdre is a civic and technology leader in Miami. He serves as Chairman of the Miami-Dade County Cryptocurrency Task Force and is co-founder of the U.S. Crypto Policy Alliance.

Bowdre has promoted themes around technology, government efficiency, and community economic advancement. He's multilingual and globally oriented. He has a study-abroad certification from Shanghai University and speaks Mandarin, as well as Spanish.
